Why Choose Accer Rentals – We Don't Just Rent. We Take Responsibility.
Any rental company can drop an AC at your doorstep.
But what happens when the cooling is not enough for your crowd? What if the wrong capacity machine was sent? What if it stops working mid-event and nobody picks up the phone?
That is the difference between a rental company and a cooling responsibility partner.
At Accer Rentals, we do not just hand over equipment and walk away. We plan your cooling before installation, deliver the right machines in the right quantity, set them up professionally, and stay available throughout your event or rental period.
One call. One vendor. Complete cooling solution.
That is the Accer rentals promise — and it is why event planners, corporates, offices, and businesses across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai trust us again and again.
What Makes Accer Rentals Different from Every Other Rental Company
Reason 1 – Cooling Planning Before Installation
We understand your space before we suggest machines.
Most rental companies do one thing — you call, they send an AC, done. No questions asked. And that is exactly why so many events end up with cooling that either falls short or costs more than needed.
Accer rentals does it differently.
Before we suggest a single machine, our team takes the time to understand:
- 📐 Your space size — area in square feet, ceiling height, open or enclosed
- 👥 Crowd strength — how many people will be in the space
- 🌡️ Heat load — equipment, lighting, sun exposure, and other heat sources
- ⚡ Power availability — single phase or three phase, load capacity at your location
Only after understanding all of this do we recommend the right equipment in the right quantity. Not guesswork. Not overselling. Just precise, professional cooling planning that actually works.
This is cooling consultation — and at Accer rentals, it comes free with every enquiry.
Reason 2 – Right Equipment, Right Quantity
No overloading. No underperformance. Just the right solution.
We carry a complete range of cooling equipment — Tower AC, Portable AC, Ductable Ac, Air Coolers, and Misting Fans. Each one is designed for a specific type of space and requirement.
We never push the most expensive option. We never send more machines than needed just to inflate the bill. And we never send fewer machines just to cut costs — leaving your guests uncomfortable and your event affected.
Our recommendation is always based on one thing — what your space genuinely needs to be cooled effectively.
If a desert air cooler works for your semi-outdoor event, we will tell you that. If your large indoor hall needs a tower AC, we will tell you that too. Honest recommendation over profitable upselling — every single time.
Reason 3 – On-Time Delivery & Professional Setup
We commit to a reporting time. And we honour it.
In event management, timing is everything. A cooling unit that arrives late is as useless as one that does not arrive at all. Guests do not wait for equipment to be set up — they just get uncomfortable and leave.
At Accer rentals, we commit to a specific reporting time — not a vague “we will come sometime in the morning” promise. Our team arrives at the agreed time with:
- 🚚 All equipment fully loaded and ready
- 🔧 Trained technicians for professional installation
- ✅ Complete testing before your event starts
By the time your first guest walks in, your cooling is already running, tested, and performing at full capacity. No last-minute scrambling. No setup delays. No stress.
Reason 4 – Standby & Support During Your Event
We do not disappear after delivery.
This is one of the most important things that sets Accer rentals apart — and it is something almost no other rental company offers.
For events and large setups, we provide:
- 📞 On-call support throughout your event duration
- 🔧 Backup arrangements as per requirement — so if anything unexpected happens, there is always a solution ready
- ⚡ Rapid response if any equipment needs attention during the event
When you assign cooling responsibility to Accer rentals — you can focus entirely on running your event. The cooling is our problem. Not yours.
Standby and on-site support available as per event size and requirement — discuss with our team at the time of booking.
Reason 5 – Trusted by Event Planners & Corporates
Experience that speaks for itself.

When experienced event professionals choose Accer rentals repeatedly — that trust is earned. It does not come from marketing. It comes from consistently delivering what we promise.
Reason 6 – Professional Billing & Vendor Support
We make the paperwork as smooth as the cooling.
For corporate clients, event companies, and businesses — vendor documentation and billing are as important as the service itself. Accer rentals is fully equipped to support professional vendor requirements:
- 🧾 GST Invoice — proper tax invoice for all rentals and services
- 📋 Vendor Documentation — complete paperwork support for corporate and event clients
- 🤝 Vendor-Friendly Coordination — responsive, professional communication throughout the engagement
No chasing for bills. No informal payments. No documentation headaches. We operate as a proper, professional business — because our clients deserve nothing less.
